Are you passionate about music and feel called to lead God’s people in worship? Can you play instruments such as the guitar, piano, or organ? If so, Crenshaw UMC invites you to share your musical gifts in service to the Lord.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Worship Music Leader to guide our congregation in meaningful, spirit-filled worship. This role may be part-time or full-time, depending on how God is calling us to serve together.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead musical worship during church services and special events
• Collaborate with church leadership to plan worship services
• Foster a spirit of worship through music that uplifts and inspires

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in playing guitar, piano, organ, or other relevant instruments
• A heart for ministry and a desire to lead God’s people in worship
• Experience in church music leadership is preferred but not required

Compensation:

• Based on experience and agreed-upon work hours
